The location of this accommodation was absolutely amazing! It was nestled in a beautiful mountainous area, making it the perfect spot for hiking and exploring nature. The hostel provided all the necessary services for outdoor activities, such as washing machines and a warm space to dry our clothes and boots. The community kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals for our hikes. the bar offered a great selection of local beers, which was a definite plus for us.

To our stay. the room size was a bit small for families, and the beds were not the most comfortable.

The location of this hostel was perfect for my Christmas hiking trip. It was right at the foot of the mountain, offering easy access to Ben Nevis. The newly renovated rooms were nice and clean, and the fact that our room had its own bathroom was a bonus. the kitchen was well-equipped and spacious, making it easy to prepare meals.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the staff at the hostel were incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the UK's most stunning mountain scenery. The location was absolutely amazing, nestled in a forest not too far from the village. With a magnificent view of the mountains and Ben Nevis, it was a truly picturesque setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the common area downstairs, which had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The basic amenities provided were more than adequate, and the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

All was absolutely fine during my stay at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very nice area, surrounded by a beautiful forest. The location was perfect for my Ben Nevis hike, as it wasn't too far from the village. The common area downstairs was comfortable and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the basic amenities provided, including nicely furnished rooms with bedding and clean showers. The view from my room overlooking the Ben was absolutely breathtaking, a great way to wake up in the morning. Plus, having breakfast included was a wonderful bonus.

No major issues, all was satisfactory.

Located near the foot of a popular mountain, this accommodation is perfect for hiking enthusiasts. Its proximity to the hills allows for easy access to various trails. a restaurant nearby provides convenience for those who would rather not self-cater. Rooms are clean and communal areas offer great views of the surroundings.

The noise levels can be disruptive at times.

Convenient for Glen Nevis, helpful staff, self-catering facilities, warm rooms, clean bathrooms, good breakfast.

    Cannot find any fault.

We enjoyed the perfect location with big windows, right opposite the start of the biggest local mountain, and within a few minutes' drive from nearby restaurants and bars with wifi. The staff provided clean facilities and enough fuel for our Ben Nevis hike, along with a good continental breakfast.

    All was good.

Beautiful mountain views and great location for outdoor activities. The hostel had a spacious lounge area with a cozy wood burning stove, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The beds in the dorms were comfortable and there was ample storage space for our belongings. The big, clean kitchen was well-equipped and had plenty of fridge and shelf space for our food. The staff were friendly and always willing to offer advice.

One major drawback was the lack of telephone signal due to the remote location. This made it difficult to communicate with the outside world during our stay.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at a charming hostel nestled on the western slopes of a famous mountain. The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable room that had a large fridge and an ensuite bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that basic amenities were provided and offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the included breakfast was a delightful start to the day.

No improvements needed, everything was alright.

Perfect choice for climbers. The hostel is well located for mountain lovers and it offers good value for money. The staff was friendly, approachable and informative. They were happy to share relevant tips about the area and its trails. The kitchen facilities are great, well equipped and with plenty of space to prepare food. the communal areas are bright and furnished to high standards.

Breakfast did not meet our expectations. It was overpriced and limited, with few options available.

This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding mountains, making it the perfect choice for adventurous travelers. The modern and clean rooms were well-equipped with exclusive amenities, including private facilities and comfortable bedding. The leisure areas, like the Sun terrace and Bar/Lounge area, provided enjoyable options for relaxing.

The Packed lunches were not of a high enough quality for the price. However, the Special diet menus catered to our individual preferences, making up for this minor issue.

Great location near scenic surroundings, short drive to restaurants. Lovely staff, good facilities with large shared kitchen and cozy bar area. Clean rooms with opening windows. Free wifi was helpful, especially for work and mountain communication.

I spent my Christmas holidays in a youth hostel in the Scottish Highlands and it was great! the first thing that caught my attention was the breathtaking view from the windows. the location is great, right in the heart of a mountainous area with impressive landscapes. the best part of my stay was the staff. They were absolutely amazing! Always helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They even offered us complimentary hot cocoa and cookies on Christmas Eve, and a Christmas dinner on the day itself. the shared facilities were clean and in good condition, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The accommodation was a bit old-fashioned and some parts, like the bathroom, could have used a refreshing touch. the heating was not very efficient, so we had to wear a few layers of clothing to keep warm.
